Our standard cutting board is 9 X 12 inches. They are made from maple wood with cherry or walnut accents. They are meant to be used. We encourage people to display one side and use the other. They are glued together with a glue that is been tested food safe and finished with food grade mineral oil and natural bees wax. We also make specially cutting boards as well.
